Hi, I’m Sabina, a certified Rapid Transformational Therapy Therapist based in Dublin, Ireland. Originally from Poland, my journey to discovering hypnotherapy was deeply personal.
I know what it’s like to struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, and feeling stuck. For years, I searched for answers, trying self-help, therapy, and even changing careers, until I discovered hypnotherapy. That’s when everything changed.
