How to use self-hypnosis audios

  • Download your audio to your phone or computer. Each recording lasts up to 25-30 minutes.

  • Listen to recording at least once a day for the next three weeks to help establish new, healthy patterns.

  • Listen whenever it suits you, just find a quiet place to sit, relax, and close your eyes. And if you drift off to sleep while listening, that’s perfectly fine - your mind is still absorbing the positive changes.
